5130c-2 gets hot after a few minutes please help

Hi!! Good day to all of you, I’m just wondering if anyone here can help me with my problem. I have a 5130c-2 in here and the problem is it gets hot after a few minutes after powering it on. I’ve tried Flashing it with JAF but all i get is flashing failed and the phone still gets hot but the phone is still powering on but it also turns on and off automatically after a few seconds..I hope someone here can help me…
